This assembly combines a heavy-duty flange and a bronze safety nut to ensure smooth, reliable operation of the acme screw in wheelchair and platform lifts. It’s ideal for use in Symmetry (Bella), NWOV (National Wheel‑O‑Vator), and other VPL systems that require secure mechanical operation.

• Flange: 1.375‑16 UNS steel flange securely supports and aligns the nut on the acme screw
• Safety nut: Bronze ACME screw nut, size 1-4, left-hand thread, with 5,000 lb operating load and 16,000 lb static load rating 
• Acme screw compatibility ensures smooth, precision movement under load
• Ideal for VPL (Vertical Platform Lift), wheelchair lift, and platform lift systems
• NFPA-style flange ensures secure mounting and alignment
• Heavy-duty bronze nut resists wear, reducing maintenance in high-cycle applications

Installation Note:
Use a locking pin or set screw (not included) through the flange and nut to prevent rotation during lift operation.

Due to common end-of-life expectancies and matching wear-and-tear, it is highly recommended to replace both lift nut assemblies at the same time.
