3. Orders & Payments

  • All sales are final once processed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments via Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Orders are not considered complete until full payment is received.

4. Product Descriptions & Fitment Responsibility

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before purchasing.

  • We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrect part selection, or damages due to improper use.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Special-order or custom parts cannot be canceled once processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington DC. For shipping outside of these areas, including international destinations, please Contact Us before placing an order. 
  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Lift Parts Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed to the carrier.

7. Limited Warranties & Liability

  • Parts sold by LiftPartsPro are sold as-is with no warranties unless explicitly stated.
  • We are not liable for damages, including but not limited to:
    • Incorrect installation
    • Failure of a lift due to part use
    • Labor or service costs associated with installation/removal
