- Orders are not considered complete until full payment is received.

- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington DC. For shipping outside of these areas, including international destinations, please Contact Us before placing an order.
- Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Lift Parts Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed to the carrier.

- Parts sold by LiftPartsPro are sold as-is with no warranties unless explicitly stated.
- We are not liable for damages, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect installation
- Failure of a lift due to part use
- Labor or service costs associated with installation/removal
