1. General Shipping Information
Lift Parts Pro LLC ships orders to customers within the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington DC. For more on this please see our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy.
Some products listed on Lift Parts Pro are fulfilled through real-time sourcing. We only accept orders for items we can fulfill. If it's listed, it's orderable. Lead times for backordered items are clearly displayed prior to checkout, and all efforts are made to minimize delays.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Only orders indicating stock are guaranteed to ship the same day an order is placed.
- Some parts may require additional processing time due to availability or sourcing.
- We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond our standard processing time.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping – FREE
All orders shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States qualify for free economy shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Options and delivery estimates are shown during checkout based on your location and order contents.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states do not qualify for free shipping.
Available rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed—actual transit times depend on the carrier.
- If you do not receive your tracking details within 1 business days, check your spam/junk folders and contact us at info@liftpartspro.com.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- All shipments are FOB Origin. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Lift Parts Pro is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit if the buyer has opted out of shipping insurance at checkout.
- Lift Parts Pro is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
- If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- If unresolved, reach out to info@liftpartspro.com for further guidance.

Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and damaged item.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
- Shipping times vary due to international customs processing.
- Lift Parts Pro is not responsible for customs-related delays.
7. Freight Shipping for Large Items
Certain parts require freight shipping due to size and weight.
- Freight rates are calculated separately and confirmed before shipping.
- You are responsible for arranging unloading equipment if needed (e.g., forklift, loading dock).
- Freight shipments are final once shipped—please confirm all details before ordering.
8. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If you need to change your address after checkout, contact us immediately—we may not be able to modify the shipment once it's processed.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
9. Order Cancellations Due to Shipping Issues
- If an item is unavailable for shipping, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- If an order is delayed beyond 14 days, you may request a cancellation for a full refund before it ships.
