Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide accurate and high-quality parts for accessibility lifts. Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused, in its original, un-opened packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return request is made and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The part has been installed, used, modified, or damaged.
  • The item is a special order, "preferred access", or a custom-manufactured part.
  • The return request is outside the allowed return window.

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Request a Return: Contact us at info@liftpartspro.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can log into your account and submit a self-serve return request here: https://account.liftpartspro.com
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund (minus any applicable restocking fees).

3. Restocking Fees

  • 25% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
  • No restocking fees for returns due to our error or defective items.
  • Parts and components clearly labeled as "Preferred Access" will incur a 25% restocking fee if cancelled before delivery.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after return inspection & approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@liftpartspro.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order, Final Sale or Custom Parts
  • Electrical components (to prevent tampering and installation issues)
  • Clearance or final sale items
