This Blain EV100/2 hydraulic elevator control valve is a replacement for legacy part number V592964. The 2" valve configuration provides adjustable hydraulic control of elevator acceleration, deceleration, leveling speed, and stopping functions for smooth travel and accurate floor leveling.
Designed for hydraulic elevator applications, the EV100 uses compensated pilot control to maintain consistent valve operation across changing loads and oil temperatures. Hardened internal wear surfaces, integrated filtration, turbulence suppression, and continuous-duty solenoids contribute to dependable operation in demanding elevator systems.
This configuration is supplied with four 110VAC CSA-certified coils and is suitable for modernization, repair, and replacement applications where the original hydraulic elevator system calls for a V592964-equivalent 2" EV100/2 control valve.
