This automatic, switch-mode 24 V, 4 A battery charger is engineered to replace the legacy OEM board in ThyssenKrupp Access PLS units produced since 2000. Utilizing advanced switch-mode technology, it delivers efficient, lightweight performance, with universal input voltage support for 100–240 VAC applications worldwide. The charger incorporates multi-stage charging, including desulfation, constant current, constant voltage, and true float modes to optimize battery health and longevity. Its two-color LED provides intuitive status feedback—orange during charging and green when fully charged—allowing it to remain safely connected indefinitely without battery damage. Featuring safety protections such as reverse-polarity, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and soft-start/stop behavior, this unit ensures reliable, trouble-free operation in both on-board and off-board configurations.
