Please note that this transformer is not suitable for powering motors, electronic devices, or equipment. It should be installed as close as possible to the lighting fixture, with a maximum distance of 10 feet using #14 gauge wire to minimize voltage drop. Testing should be conducted with a load only, using a new halogen bulb. A regular voltmeter may not provide accurate readings with this electronic transformer. This transformer is not intended to replace magnetic transformers with runs longer than 10 feet.
