This rubber coupler disc is designed specifically for use in the motor coupling of select Inclinator Elevette stair and platform lifts. It replaces the OEM disc previously referenced (#21300988) and fits the coupling flange with an outer diameter of 3‑9/16″ and a thickness of approximately 11/16″. The part mounts inside the motor coupling assembly and provides vibration dampening and quieter operation of the drive motor—helping reduce noise and wear from torsional shock and shaft misalignment. The resilient elastomer construction offers dependable flexibility under load, making it ideal for maintaining smooth performance in residential or light commercial lift applications. Compatibility includes motor couplings for Elevette models where the original rubber disc has degraded due to age or fatigue.
