Porta REI Elevator Interlock Lock RJ11 Right Hand EMDL02P

A direct replacement for the discontinued REI (Residential Elevators Inc.) style interlock, this right-hand Porta electro-mechanical door interlock features the original RJ11 connection used on select REI residential elevator systems. This legacy EMDL02P lock is intended for applications originally equipped with this connector style.

Unlike the more common universal Porta interlock that uses a 6-position terminal block, this version retains the factory RJ11 connector, making it the correct choice for compatible REI installations without changing the original wiring interface. This lock is no longer manufactured, and remaining inventory is limited to existing stock. Once sold out, this version will no longer be available.

Constructed with positive-acting safety contacts instead of micro-switches, the interlock is built for dependable operation in residential elevator applications. The assembly includes the lock body, cover plate, keeper (beak), and mounting hardware for replacement of worn or obsolete units.
