A 3‑pole Sprecher Schuh 24 VAC contactor that replaces obsolete CA4‑9 series relays and restores Up/Down control in select Porch‑Lift wheelchair lifts.

This Sprecher Schuh CA8‑09‑01‑24Z miniature contactor is designed to serve as a direct replacement for many CA4‑9 series relays that are now obsolete. It is suitable for Up and Down relay functions in select ThyssenKrupp Access porch‑lifts (wheelchair lifts) and similar systems. The compact and rugged CA8 series is engineered for reliable reversing control in tight spaces. Although the internal contacts and coils are not field serviceable, Sprecher has validated the design with endurance testing to ensure durability in motor control applications.

Use this contactor to restore proper relay control in systems where the original CA4‑9 parts are no longer available. Compatible with up to 9 A nominal in standard usage, it supports safe switching of motor circuits provided the application stays within its ratings.
