High‑reliability recessed wide‑gap magnetic door sensor for wheelchair lifts and steel doors, compatible with many NWOV VPL systems, replacing legacy #M11455.
This recessed wide‑gap magnetic door sensor is designed to replace legacy reed switches (such as #M11455) in wheelchair lifts, including many National Wheel‑O‑Vator (NWOV) vertical platform lifts (VPLs), as well as other lift systems requiring the same sensor performance. Constructed for use in steel‑door environments, the sensor features a rugged unibody housing with flexible ribbed sides for secure press‑fit installation without glue, and a wide‑gap magnetic reed switch for reliable actuation even on looser‑fitting doors. The white ABS/steel housing and its 1 in diameter accommodate standard lift‑door cutouts and retrofit drilling.
