This pushbutton assembly is designed for use in select National Wheel-O-Vator Destiny DW25 lift systems while remaining widely compatible with other elevator applications utilizing Survivor-style components. Built as a complete button assembly with integrated base, it supports a variety of common elevator functions through interchangeable button markings. 

The assembly features a durable modular design consisting of button, cap, halo, adaptor, and contact base. It is engineered for long service life, with a tested cycle rating exceeding 22 million actuations. The configuration includes a contact base with dual normally open (2NO) contacts and an integrated incandescent lamp. Button markings available for this listing include 1, 2, 3, CALL, Blank, Fire Hat, Arrow, Alarm, and additional custom options upon request.
