This specialized four-wheel carrier is used in the collapsible accordion gate assembly, where it provides a rolling support and pivot point with the gate switch actuator (key) attached.

The assembly features four nylon rollers, a metal carrier body, the limit switch actuator, and an adjustable threaded swivel/pivot connection. It is intended as a replacement for legacy Inclinator part #21003226 used on compatible elevator gate assemblies.
