This CyberPower compact UPS battery backup may replace or correspond with part #35081. It is found in select Garaventa elevator applications requiring an 850VA, 120VAC backup power source, including certain Elvoron installations.
In compatible elevator systems, the UPS serves as the secondary power source for the emergency battery-lowering function. During a utility power outage, stored battery power allows the elevator car to descend toward the lowest landing. The system may permit the car to stop at an intermediate landing so the passenger can exit before the car continues downward, depending on the elevator configuration.
Its compact mini-tower design is suitable for installations using the standard Garaventa cabinet size of approximately 23 1/2" high x 17 1/2" wide x 7 5/8" deep (600 x 445 x 195 mm).
The UPS itself measures only 3.9" wide x 9.7" high x 10.2" deep (99 x 246 x 259 mm), helping confirm available cabinet space before replacement.
