Elevator Door Contact Bridge Switch Set

This two-prong auxiliary door-lock contact set is used to verify that a door is fully closed before motion is allowed. Common on many Schindler, KONE, and Savaria installations (including Telecab through-floor lifts), this drop-in set replaces worn or intermittent contacts that trigger nuisance door faults.

When the door/lock closes, the contacts mate and complete the safety circuit. If the contacts are oxidized or misaligned, the controller may read “door not locked,” preventing travel—this kit restores reliable continuity.
