Elevator Car Frame Guide Roller Wheel 80mm x 35mm REI CEMCO

This replacement roller assembly is designed for elevator car frame and sling guide applications. The 80mm diameter wheel is commonly found on Residential Elevator Inc. (REI) and CEMCO Lift residential elevators and is offered in both eccentric and concentric hex shaft configurations.

The eccentric shaft variant is commonly installed at the bottom of the elevator car frame. Its eccentric shaft provides an adjustment point for fine-tuning the roller position and cab travel relative to the guide rail.

The concentric variant uses a straight, fixed hex shaft and is commonly found in the upper car frame guide position. Select the shaft configuration that matches the existing roller assembly and elevator installation.
