This handsfree elevator car operating panel (COP) phone connects directly to a dedicated telephone line and can be configured to take line priority, ensuring all incoming and outgoing calls are routed through the unit and overriding any other connected devices.
The DMG emergency telephone requires an external power supply and does not draw power from the telephone line. To maintain functionality during a power outage, a rechargeable backup battery is strongly recommended.
