This set includes a stainless steel 5/16-18 cup point set screw and a 2-1/4" slotted spring pin — both standard hardware used in the pulley assemblies of many PLS and similar vertical platform lifts (VPLs). Ideal for routine maintenance, replacements, or field repair where precise fit and durability are required.

• Set screw: 5/16-18 thread, 1/4 in length, 18-8 stainless steel, plain finish
• Hex drive: 0.156 in hex socket, cup point style
• Roll pin: 2-1/4 in length, 1/4 in outside diameter, high carbon steel
• Finish: Zinc clear coating (ASME B18.8.2 spec compliant)
• Wall thickness: 0.048 in; double shear strength ≥ 7050 lbf
• Roll pin hardness: HV 458–560

Ensure correct orientation and seating within the pulley bore during installation to prevent component wear or misalignment.
