This replacement hydraulic control valve is a purpose-built substitute for National Wheel-O-Vator Destiny and Evolution models, engineered using the highly adaptable Blain EV10 platform. It supports custom configurations tailored to your elevator’s piston diameter, pump flow, empty car weight, and payload capacity. The EV10 series is recognized for smooth ride quality, consistent stopping precision, and long-term reliability under demanding hydraulic elevator conditions.

• Compatible with hydraulic systems using VG46 oil (25–60 cSt at 40°C)
• Pressure range: 8–100 bar (116–1450 psi)
• Port sizes vary by flow: ¾", 1½", 2", or 2½"
• Flow capacity: up to 1530 l/min (404 US gpm)
• Self-cleaning filters and temperature-compensated control
• Hardened internal bore surfaces (70 HRc Rockwell)
• Solenoids: 24V–230V, AC or DC options
• IP68-rated solenoid insulation
