This universal PRV is a direct-acting, inline hydraulic pressure relief valve designed to protect platform lift components by diverting excess pressure once the set threshold is reached. Its robust construction and adjustable pressure range make it suitable for various hydraulic applications, including accessibility lift systems.

Adjustment Instructions:

  1. Begin by removing the acorn-style cap nut to access the internal components.

  2. Loosen the locking (jam) nut beneath it.

  3. Turn the adjustment screw:

    • Clockwise to raise system pressure

    • Counterclockwise to lower system pressure

  4. After setting the desired pressure, tighten the jam nut and reattach the acorn cap.
