Access Industries LEV Elevator Door Interlock - ESI Replacement

This Honeywell lock is engineered to replace aging safety locks on select Access Industries LEV elevators, replacing 2123301 with a modern RJ45 CAT5 connection.

Upgrade aging elevator door safety hardware with a Honeywell elevator interlock designed to replace legacy locks used on select Access Industries LEV elevators. Available in both left-hand and right-hand configurations, this interlock provides a modern replacement for older ESI-style locks commonly found on legacy accessibility lifts.

This interlock replaces several legacy lock styles historically installed on LEV elevators, including older ESI units and locks marked with RDI-A-L, RDI-A-R, RDI-H-L5P1, and RDI-H-R5P1.
It is available in both left-hand and right-hand configurations to match the original installation orientation. Lock handing is determined from the outside of the elevator cab looking inward: a left-hand lock installs on the left side of the doorway, while a right-hand lock installs on the right side.

The unit features an integrated CAT5 connection with an RJ45 modular plug/jack interface, making it plug-n-play ready for lifts that were originally equipped with the same connection type.
While the electrical interface may match existing systems, the interlock should not be considered a direct dimensional replacement for older locks. Due to differences in physical size and geometry, installation may require adjustments to the lock mounting position, the mortise opening, and the beak (keeper/latch) location to ensure proper engagement.
