Replacement 3″ x 1.5″ phenolic (rubber‑feel) roller wheel for Savaria and REI lifts. 500 lb capacity, ¾″ bore, 1-5/8″ hub length.

This premium replacement roller wheel is designed to match many platform lift (VPL) applications such as Savaria Telecab and V‑1504 models (replaces #MA2AB / commonly marked “Jalson 3×1.5”), and many Residential Elevator Inc. (REI) elevators (replaces #REW‑001).
Although the wheel surface feels similar to rubber, it is actually constructed of durable phenolic resin for superior longevity, quiet operation and floor protection. The roller features a 3″ diameter, 1.5″ tread width, ¾″ bearing bore, and a hub length of 1.625″. Rated to support up to 500 lb each, with 90 Shore D hardness and resistance to chemical, steam and impact exposure.

To complete your installation:

• For Savaria replacements, retain the original roller spacer (or source a matching spacer locally)
• For REI replacements, retain the original washers, bolt and nut (or replace with equivalent hardware from a local hardware store)
