This Baldor motor has proven reliable for hundreds of NWOV and Porch Lift customers, but installations involving older equipment may entail creative adaptation: relocating the motor, modifying mounts or framework, or other adjustments might be required to ensure proper fit and operation. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not possible, so buyer diligence is essential.

Because installations may require thoughtful modification and an understanding of legacy lift wiring, the installer should be capable of working with individually labeled motor leads (e.g., T1, T3, T5, T8) and integrating them with existing UP/DOWN terminal or contactor setups.
If you’d like to review the wiring reference notes before purchasing to ensure you’re comfortable with the replacement, installer reference notes are available here.
Please ensure you’re familiar with the specifications and are capable of performing the replacement — or seek qualified help as needed.
